Moises' foot got worse...

Living in the streets, not having a shower or even clean water is probably not good for kids with wounds.
Not good for kids... point.

Luckily Moises found his way back here.
He's out buying the pills and a cream he so much needs now.
Hopefully, his foot will get better soon.

He wanted to apply the cream with his filthy hands.

Even washing your hands, as a street kid, is difficult.
When you go to the "baños" you have to pay!

I gave him the empty drinking cans, which he sells for food.
He said: I'm hungry, Don Jan...

10 years old, and having to take care of yourself...
