Thank you Peter !

Peter from Florida has been visiting us several times for the last couple of years now.
He always likes to combine business with pleasure.
A visit to the isletas, a walk around town, a ride in a horse carriage...
But, he also likes to help out the children of Casa Xalteva.
And every time he visits Nicaragua, he makes the time to meet up with the principal of the school at the market of Masaya.
And it wasn't different this time!
He bought all the children a new uniform, shoes and a backpack for their school stuff.
Needles to say that there were a lot of happy faces when they arrived at the school with all the new things.
In order to buy the shoes, they "invented" the system of drawing all the kid's feet in a notebook, with their names next to it.!
Believe it or not, not one pair needed to be returned to the market.
And... isn't it a lot more fun to go to school with new things!!
