There are many ways you can help out.
When you visit Nicaragua, you can always bring some T-shirts or sneakers.
The demand is always a lot higher than the offer!
So, if you have some useable (T)shirts lying around, or some flip-flops, shoes or sneakers or underwear, please do bring them over here! Mostly needed are size Small. Alexander, here on the picture, could really need some flip flops or shoes!
Also welcome are: aspirins, band aids, plasters, bandages, vitamins and food supplements, muscle spray, disinfectant, condoms, toothpaste & brushes, anti fungus creme, Selsun blue (against white skin spots), ...
