We need a sponsor for little Kevin

Kevin is a 14 year old boy from Managua.
He has been sick a while ago, and they had to install a colostomy.
(an artificial anus in his tummy)
A plastic bag that is designed to fit around the hole costs $4 (each!)
The boy lives and sleeps in the streets of Granada.
He walks around La Calzada street carrying a huge lady doll.
His friend rattles the drums, and another guy shouts the story about the Gigantona and collects money from the tourists.
If they give, they're happy, if not, they stay hungry.
At night they sleep with their heads underneath the Gigantona's dress.
It keeps the light out of their faces (more or less).
Anyway... Kevin doesn't have the necessary funds to buy these plastic bags.
He wraps some rags around his waist to catch his excrements.Is there anybody who can get these bags cheap, wholesale. Who would care to sponsor for a couple of bags?
