Hector is the nephew of the recently deceased David, whom was shot through the head while in the army.
Today, the undercover police came to his house and showed his family that they had guns.
Without showing a warrant, or any explanation whatsoever, they took him to the police station.
Apparently, they are looking for (secret) information on a second hand laptop that David had bought a while ago.
It all looks very fishy to me.
What kind of information are they afraid people might find out?
Why involve Hector, whom has never been in contact with the police in his life?
The police impounded his motorbike and were asking him about David's laptop.
They also took his cell phone and his other personal belongings.
According to his sister, the police are investigating if Hector might be David's murderer.
Nobody was allowed to see him at the police station, and his family have no means to get a lawyer.
The only thing they told the sister is that they are going to take him to a prison in Managua, and that nobody was allowed to go with them.
It seems like there's always something going on here in Nicaragua.
Sometimes I wonder if I am in the middle of a telenovela.
We'll see how it goes...
