Alexander is, temporarily, living in a house now.
He proudly showed me the key yesterday.
I believe he's looking after it while the owner is away or so.
Being used to sleeping in the streets for a long time, it is a whole experience sleeping in a real bed, sheltered from the huge amounts of rain that we have been having here in Nicaragua.
Dozens of people drowned this rainy season, because of it.
But it is also a little scary, Alexander told me.
Being alone in his room is new to him.
He's used to sleeping on the pavement surrounded by his buddies.
Luckily, he found the solution to this.
He sleeps with the TV turned on.
That way he's not so scared!
There's always a solution!
