Today's special...

For the neighbors at the farm, we are the local heroes whom pushed the mayor to repair the road that was so heavily damaged, that it was almost impossible to use.
Of course, we couldn't have done this alone. We have had some great help from people in the States.
The work is still in progress, any donations towards these major repairs are still very welcome. Smaller ones will be used towards refreshments for the city workers. The biggest problem is Diesel for these monster machines!

It is a very common view here in Nicaragua.
They go everywhere on their bike, and live Kilometers out of town.
It makes one think how spoiled we all are with our luxury vehicles, ...

Rafael and his family don't mind it in the slightest to have to travel like this, judging by their smiles.
