It looks like he's been in a fight, but nothing could be more from the truth.
For the last couple of years, Marvincito couldn't see through one eye.
After a couple of visits to a hospital in Managua, he might be able to again. We'll have to wait and see.
I don't know exactly what they did, but according to Marvincito, they scraped a layer of something off the inside of his lens.
This morning he got some wet wipes (no running water when you live in the street), some diclofenac for the pain and to get rid of inflammation, a Pañueleta and some gaze to protect his eye, and a pair of sunglasses.
