Just got a phone call from Managua.
Diego Manuel called to let us know that his daughter is seriously sick.
She has been in the hospital Militar (where her mother died and her father was operated) for several days.
Although she is very young, they suspect that she had a heart attack.
She lost the ability to speak, which might suggest that.
It is almost unbelievable, all the bad and sad things that are happening in his family.
When will it end, one wonders.
They've had enough sorrow for several families for several years, yet this all happens within months.
Let us all hope that everything will turn out all right for her, and that they will have some good luck from now on!
A couple of weeks ago, Diego Manuel was worried about missing classes because of his arm.
Now, he hasn't been able to go to school all week as he wants to stay with his little girl.
