Please behave...

The Chavalos have had some bad experiences with the local cops in the past.
Yesterday, I was eating some stew on the terrace of the O'shays Irish pub when one of the glue sniffers started behaving really badly.
His jar of glue was dried up, and he smashed the glass container of baby food on the street stones.
Then he started yelling at the waiter because he kindly asked Ernesto to move on and not bother the guests of the restaurant.
He grabbed a one liter bottle from a young guy's table on the terrace and smashed it on the stones as well... holding the bottleneck in his hand and threatening the people around him.
The owner kept his cool and called the police.
They arrived within minutes and it didn't take much longer before they had gotten hold of Ernesto.
They treated Ernesto with respect, although he didn't deserve it!
I bet that the next day, the kid didn't even remember what happened because of the glue.
Sigh... that glue is responsible for a lot of harm, medical problems and deaths...
One of our guests was walking in the city of Granada and noticed a 70 something year old lady selling glue to several of the Chavalos.
He was shocked and told her off.
She stayed very calm, looked at him from head to tow and said: something has to pay the rent!
Like it was the most normal thing in the world to sell poisonous glue to 10 year olds!
Disgusting, but ... such is life in the tropics, I suppose.
Maybe the Police should start investigating the source of the glue, instead of taking away the little jars from the street children.
