Today, I heard the news from one of the Chavalos that the center Jesus Amigos, where the children can go for sports, education and food during office hours might be open 24/7 soon, so that the Chavalos actually have a safe place to spend the night!
If that isn't great news, I don't know what is!
No more worries of being harassed or peed on by drunks, no more worries about rain or cold, and finally having a place to use the bathroom and clean up... Wow.
