The Weekend...

This weekend was quite calm...
No sick people, no one complaining about anything...
Doña Esperanza's loan is paid off.
The one that she needed for buying new cooking utensils.
Actually... she paid the last part last week.
So this week, she was very happy to be able to take all the money for the meals home, instead of having to leave part of it.

One of our guests, Daniel, brought her a nice surprise.
A collection of stainless steel kitchen utensils for her business.
Doña Esperanza never expected anybody to think of her.
So she was double surprised when she was given the present.
Daniel told her:
"This is a present for you, because you have such a big heart!"
She is ever so happy with her new utensils, although they are designed to work!
They make her work a lot easier.

Another guest brought a whole bunch of clothes for our Chavalos.
Dorman is a teacher, and together with his pupils, they organised some super volunteer work.

The clothes are one thing, but shortly, they have a big surprise coming up.
And when I say big... I mean BIG!
