These kids are Maikol and Kristofer. Two street kids from Granada. Today, they came by for a new pair of flip flops. Kristofer had been walking around barefooted for a week before he came by to ask. Maikol's flip-flops were falling apart.
Kristofer is the guy that came by a while ago with horrendous fungus growing between his tows. He could hardly walk.

ankle that just wouldn't heal (without some help from the pharmacy)?
He is doing very well, and started his own business selling chewing gum. I admire the initiative, but am worried about the gum or his income being robbed by others, not willing to work for it.
